We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your driving lesson. To ensure the smooth operation of our driving school and to accommodate all our students effectively, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation Period:
We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for all cancellations or rescheduling requests.

Cancellation Fee:
If you cancel or reschedule your lesson with less than 24 hours' notice, a cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of one lesson will be charged.

Cancellation Process:
To cancel or reschedule your lesson, please contact us directly by phone or email at least 24 hours before your scheduled lesson time. If you are unable to reach us directly, please leave a voicemail or send an email with your cancellation request.

Exceptions:
In case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, we may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion. Please contact us as soon as possible in such situations.

No-Shows:
Failure to attend a scheduled lesson without prior notice will be considered a no-show, and the full lesson fee will be charged.
