Our goal is to provide a professional, supportive, and enjoyable learning experience while helping students develop the skills, confidence, and independence needed to become safe drivers.
By booking lessons or purchasing lesson packages with Zodiac Driving School, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Lesson Bookings
All lessons are subject to instructor availability and must be booked in advance.
Lesson dates, times, and pickup locations will be confirmed at the time of booking.
2. Payment
All booked lessons must be paid for within 24 hours of the original booking being made unless otherwise agreed by Zodiac Driving School.
Bookings may be cancelled or released if payment is not received within this timeframe.
Prepaid lesson packages must be paid in full before lessons commence.
Zodiac Driving School reserves the right to refuse, postpone, or cancel lessons where payment has not been received.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change.
Students must provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a lesson.
Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged at the full lesson fee.
Failure to attend a scheduled lesson without notice will result in the lesson being forfeited and no refund will be provided.
4. Late Arrivals
Students who arrive late for a lesson may receive a shortened lesson to avoid impacting other scheduled bookings.
Lessons will generally finish at the originally scheduled time.
The full lesson fee remains payable.
5. Prepaid Lesson Packages
Prepaid lesson packages provide discounted lesson rates and are designed to support ongoing learning and development.
All prepaid lesson packages are valid for 12 months from the original date of purchase.
Students are responsible for scheduling and completing their lessons within this period.
Unused lessons remaining after 12 months may be forfeited unless a prior written arrangement has been agreed upon with Zodiac Driving School.
Extensions may be granted in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of Zodiac Driving School.
6. Refund Policy
Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Where a refund is approved, completed lessons will be charged at the applicable lesson rate and any remaining balance may be refunded.
Refunds will not be provided for lessons already completed.
Administrative fees may apply where applicable.
7. Driving Test Packages
Driving Test Packages require advance scheduling and vehicle allocation.
Cancellation or rescheduling fees may apply where insufficient notice is provided or costs have already been incurred.
Students are responsible for ensuring they meet the RMS/Service NSW requirements to sit their driving test.
Zodiac Driving School cannot guarantee a driving test pass result.
8. Student Responsibilities
Students must hold a valid Australian Learner Licence, Provisional Licence, or other legally recognised licence permitting them to drive.
Students must carry their licence during lessons when required by law.
Students are expected to follow the instructor’s directions at all times and act respectfully towards instructors, other road users, and members of the public.
9. Safety and Fitness to Drive
Zodiac Driving School reserves the right to refuse, postpone, or terminate a lesson if a student:

10. Vehicle Use
Students are expected to treat Zodiac Driving School vehicles with care and respect.
Any deliberate damage caused by a student may result in the student being responsible for repair costs not covered by insurance.
11. Instructor Availability
Zodiac Driving School reserves the right to change instructors, lesson vehicles, lesson times, or lesson locations where necessary due to operational requirements, illness, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances.
12. Transferability
Lesson packages are intended for the original purchaser and are not transferable to another person unless approved by Zodiac Driving School.
13. Privacy
Personal information collected during bookings and lessons is used solely for the purpose of providing driving instruction services, managing bookings, and communicating with students.
Zodiac Driving School respects your privacy and will not sell or share personal information with third parties except where required by law.
14. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Zodiac Driving School reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Any changes will be published on our website.
